Professional jury nominated our Villas at Vackov Project in the BEST OF REALTY 2017 Contest Residential Projects Category.

The BEST OF REALTY Contest originated in 1999 and from this date it has mapped and assessed real estate developed in the territory of the Czech Republic.

This Contest appraises projects, which significantly represent success and capabilities of architects, builders, designers, developers and last, but not least, real estate agents upon sale and lease of such projects. The Association for Real Estate Market Development provides professional patronage over the Contest, and based on its decision, it awards one personality of the Czech real estate market the annual prize. Official announcement of contest winners will take place at a ceremonial night, so please keep your fingers crossed for us to collect as many awards as possible.

Not only did we participate in the Conference that took place on 19.9.2017, but we are also its exclusive office developer partner.

Discussion topics included current situation in development projects market, and focus was namely on project preparation in the area of civil and structural engineering and legislation changes.

Within the frame of the stage III. of the Byty Na Vackově project we were assigned descriptive numbers. For building D the descriptive number is 2902 and or building E the descriptive number is 2903.

The Byty Na Vackově Project received occupancy approval for buildings D and E. 

On 1.6.2017, application for occupancy approval was successfully filed for buildings D and E in the stage III. of the Byty Na Vackově residential project.

In beautiful sunny weather we presented to agents the administrative project of Palmovka Open Park, which is being constructed in the close vicinity of our headquarters at Palmovka.

Mr. Ondřej Buršík, the General Director, and Mrs. Jana Hüttelová, the leasing manager, presented the history, current status and planned future of the project.

Agents were shown details of the development live from the terrace of our building, which allows watching everything step by step and being constantly on the ground.

The informal meet was a very successful one and we would like to thank everyone who participated.

We opened a new Real Estate Centre for you at our new address at Koželužská Street 2450. The Real Estate Centre is accessible via three entrances in the common area of the Palmovka Park II building, which is also the headquarters of our parent company, Metrostav a.s.
The Real Estate Centre will deal with offers and sales of residential and commercial real estate for our clients.
The interior of the Real Estate Centre was designed by architect Boris Redčenkov of A69 – Architekti s.r.o studio.
